Keyboard Shortcuts Change Spell Checking Language

Keyboard Shortcuts (some combinations depends on the original settings done by NetSol)

command+shift+4 = screenshot of selected area (save to file on desktop)
command+shift+control+4 = screenshot of selected area (save to clipboard)
command+shift+3 = screenshot of full screen  (save to file on desktop)
command+shift+control+3 = screenshot of full screen  (save to clipboard)

command+q = quit program
command+a = select all
command+c = copy
command+v = paste

command+i = Get Info (select a file first)
command+space = Spotlight Search (appears on top right corner of screen)

command+esc = Activates Front Row (Movies, Music, Pics)

control+ (left,right,up or down key) = Switch between different Desktops
control+space = Show all open Windows you have open on the Screen 
option+space = Moves all Windows out of the Screen
control+option+space = Spaces (see all 4 desktops)

In Safari
command+i = email current web-site
command+t = open new tab
command+w = close current tab
 

Change Spell Checking Language

Apple Programs (Apple Mail, Pages, Numbers etc.)
1. Press COMMAND+SHIFT+;
2. Change the language according to your needs.

NeoOffice
1. Open NeoOffice
2. Click on "FILE", "WIZARDS", "INSTALL NEW DICTIONARY"
3. A page opens and you scroll down to Page 2. Then click on "Lancer DicOOo".
4. In the next window click on "Administrator Setup" and set English Language on the right side.
5. Click NEXT
6. Click on "Retrieve the list".
7. Choose language (keep command key pressed to choose several languages)
8. Next .... Next .... Follow the instructions and if completed close NeoOffice (NeoOffice / Quit)
9. Open NeoOffice again
10. Click on TOOLS and OPTIONS, LANGUAGE SETTINGS, LANGUAGES
11. Set User Interface to English (USA). Locale Settings = Default
12. In "Default languages for documents" select "ENGLISH (USA).
13. Click ok and finish.
14. In NeoOffice Writer open a document and then click on the button for language setup in the top menu bar.
 

Change Screenshot Format

1. Download and unpack the shotChoice Program
2. Start the program and select the Screenshot Format you want
 

Office 2008 : Single Line Spacing

In the styles section of the formatting palette, click on the arrow on the right of "Normal," and then choose modify style. On the lower left corner, choose paragraph, and in spacing, set "after" to be 0. close the paragraph dialog box, and click on add to template, now "ok" it. This should do the trick.
 

"Send as eMail" plugin

1. Download plugin and unzip it.
2. Go to /Users/YourUsername/Library and create folder "Contextual Menu Items".
3. Copy the plugin into : Users/YourUsername/Library/Contextual Menu Items
4. Restart your computer.

When you now right-click on a file and go to "more" you will have the "send by eMail" option.
 

VMware - MS Excel and selecting various cells

Selecting different cells requires, as in normal Windows, that you press and hold the "control" button (ctrl) while selecting various cells.

If that doesn't work in your Virtual Machine, then you click on

(for VMware Fusion 2.0)
- VMware Fusion / Preferences / Keyboard & Mouse / Mouse Shortcuts
- unselect "Secondary Button".

(for VMware Fusion 1.x)
- VMware Fusion / Preferences
- unselect "Enable Mac OS Keyboard Shortcuts".

This should solve the problem.
