Remote Assistance Software

As an alternative to On-Site Support, many of our customers opt for Remote support through the internet. By downloading and double click on a small file, our Technical Support Staff can access your Computer remotely and quickly resolve issues and in many cases, without physically coming to your location.

As a customer, you will receive support quickly and avoid higher service fees normally associated with on-site support. This option is a must for customers with multiple locations and minimal IT staff at each location or customers who want to have problems solved within a very short time.

Remote access is a cheap and quick solution for all your computer trouble. Notebook users which are frequently traveling rely on this service. All they need to do is to connect their Notebook to the internet. Of course on every computer we access remotely, you can watch all the time what we do.

Difference between Remote Assistance and Remote Support & Maintenance
Remote Assistance: Remote Assistance gives us temporary access your computer. There will be no software installed and after the Session is over, we can not reconnect anymore.

Remote Support & Maintenance: This will give us unattended access to your computer any time the computer is running. This is required for Maintenance after working hours as by then you won't have any staff in your office anymore. Remote Support & Maintenance does require a Remote Service Agreement with NetSol or an On-Site Maintenance Agreement which will also include Remote Support.

 
  

 

Pay per Incident

Charge per incident suit most companies.
The charge is from opening a case until closure. No monthly Basic Fee, just pay by incident.

 
Price: THB 350.00 / incident

An "Incident" is defined as a service starting from initial call until closure or resolution of the problem or issue. One incident may involve multiple sessions. A single support issue is a support request that cannot be broken down into un-related problems. If a support request consists of unrelated problems, each shall be considered a separate incident.

Support hours: Mo-Fr from 8am-6pm, Sa 9am-5pm. Outside Office hours we can be reached via our Mobile Phones for "Emergency Cases only".
